Let’s Get Some Fresh Air with “FUTURE RHYTHME vol.02”

English Version

Refreshing is one of my favorite words. How great it sounds!!  For some reason, I can be positive seeing or hearing the word Refreshing. It can be said it’s a magic word for me.  It would be great if all of us could keep well-balanced getting some fresh air sometimes.

Now, today’s topic is “FUTURE RHYTHM vol.02“. This playlist includes future bass, drum and bass, and more. The title “FUTURE RHYTHM” is a wordplay from “FUTURISM“.

Futurism (ItalianFuturismo) was an artistic and social movement that originated in Italy in the early 20th century. 

Even if I do say so myself…this title is pretty good, isn’t it?  kind of iffy?…

Oh my goodness! Please give me a break since I’m not a native English speaker, still in the middle of learning.  Anyhow, I named this playlist FUTURE RHYTHM after FUTURISM✨

When it comes to Rhythm…

There are lots of rhythms in the world, e.g. musical rhythm, heart rate, respiratory rhythm, autonomic rhythm, circadian rhythm, lunar phase, tidal cycle, earth rotation & revolution, and the rhythm of the whole universe.

Oh! the issue is getting bigger!  The point is, we all living things are inseparably controlled by some kinds or rhythms from both inside and outside whether they’re automatic or not.  So, In order to live comfortably, it’s important to let yourself be in the rhythm of nature.

How is your circadian rhythm?

Are you a morning person or night person?  As for me, kind of a night person. I never knew that a night person is called “nocturnal”?  That’s interesting.  Like this, writing a blog in English is helpful for me in increasing vocabulary.

Going back to the issue above.  I envy a person who can do “early to bed, early to rise” because it enable us to use the morning time effectively.  So, I know I should, but cannot do easily.  And I think quite a few music lovers tend to be “nocturnal”.   I don’t know why but…feel like listening to the music, something like DEEP BASS at night.  What I want to say is this. Lol.

Do you have something you do for health?

We all want to stay healthy.  In order to be so, it’s very important to keep your life rhythm. Here are some measures that we can do easily.

🔸bathing the morning sunlight

Morning sunlight can adjust your life rhythm resetting the internal body clock.  Also serotonin, one of the happy hormones, is produced abundantly and works as a natural tranquilizer.  As a result, we can feel calm and happy.  What a lovely substance!!  Love serotonin😍

🔸having well-balanced diet three times a day

Eating at the same time everyday, we can keep the biological clock in good condition.  And eating good quality proteins, (eggs, meat, fishes, etc.) is also effective for adjusting circadian rhythm.

🔸eating lettuce everyday

I think only a few people know this lifehack.  Surprisingly, leaf vegetables are good for your mental health.  You never imagined, did you?  Not only lettuce, but also celery, spinach, etc. These vegetables contain same ingredients with German chamomile which are effective for calming down, blood circulation, and good sleep.  Leaf vegetables are very beneficial. Let’s eat them a lot🥗

🔸sometimes spending time not doing anything

The more you get exhausted, the more it becomes difficult to recover from it.  So sometimes, you need to spend a day without thinking of anything and just chill out.  Although there are various ways, I think sleeping is the strongest solution.  Plenty of rest allows us to normalize the autonomic nervous system.

Of course, I understand it’s necessary to know at least headline news.  So, I make it a rule to read or watch what’s happening in the world during the day.  Because I don’t want to see disastrous news or gloomy news in the morning and at night.  Instead, I stream my favorite music while morning routine.  Then at night, take a long bath listening to chill music.  Anyway, it’s extremely important to calm down the nerves and keep negative things away at night in order to tune your mind and body.  In this way, you can improve your Quality Of Life dramatically, up to your ingenuity.  Let’s do it!!

Perhaps yoga is able to regulate one’s life?

Actually, I’ve been into yoga these three months, of course wearing a surgical mask, ventilating frequently, and avoiding close proximity are strictly required.  It’s a little bit inconvenient but necessary to follow the preventative measures.  Safety comes first! Health comes first!

Then, any of you has experienced yoga?  I think quite a few readers experienced it, since it’s very popular among people regardless of age or gender all around the world.  Although I’m not very familiar with detailed,  I became both physically and mentally strong since I started yoga.  But I haven’t lost any weight yet😂 Ummm… I can’t stop my appetite!!!

Like this, it takes time and effort to lose weight, but doing yoga is full of good things.  For example, sleeping well, improving concentration, clearheaded, and many more. Or rather, to put it simply, just feels so good.

I really recommend you doing yoga. But, if you are not able to do it because of various reasons, please try taking a deep breath whenever you think of it.  It’s easy to do during your small pockets of time, yet changes your mood instantly.  I genuinely hope that you all are doing well and your health is good.  I really do think so.

Alternate Nostril Breathing!!

You should try this because anyone can do it right on the spot. It can promote overall well-being. Super effective!!

How to do it

  • Exhale completely and then use your right thumb to close your right nostril.
  • Inhale through your left nostril and then close the left nostril with your fingers.
  • Open the right nostril and exhale through this side.
  • Inhale through the right nostril and then close this nostril.
  • Open the left nostril and exhale through the left side.
  • This is one cycle.
  • Continue for up to 5 minutes.

It’s just nostril breathing, but it’s still a big deal.  Please give it a try and reset yourself!  We’re getting off track again! Today’s main topic became health care rather than music!!

What I’m thinking now…

Although everyone in the world feels the same due to this crazy situation, I want you to find a way out of your stress and anxiety.  Wishing you and your family health and happiness from the bottom of my heart.  Even if it’s one step at a time, let’s work together and get this done. Sometimes breathing easy and sometimes feeling energized, please adjust your rhythm of life. And please remember to look at the big picture in order to achieve the important things in your life.
